Michelle White | Community Director
My name is Michelle White, and I have proudly worked in senior living for over 45 years. I began my journey in this field at just 15 years old, and from the very beginning, I knew caring for seniors and supporting families was my true passion.
Throughout my career I have been dedicated to creating warm, compassionate environments where residents feel valued, respected, and at home. I have had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with countless families and helping guide them through important transitions with care and understanding.
Sabrina Sneper | Community Relations
My name is Sabrina Sneper, and I grew up surrounded by the senior living industry as the daughter of Michael Sneper and niece of Garry Sneper. My passion for working with seniors began in high school when I volunteered at our Redwood City community, spending time doing activities and helping serve meals.
After graduating, I attended the University of San Diego, where I earned my degree in psychology. Today, I am proud to be back working with seniors and supporting the day-to-day operations and overall functions of our communities at Palm Villas Memory care. It is incredibly rewarding to continue our family’s commitment to providing compassionate care and meaningful experiences for residents and their families.

Jimena Pulido | Executive Director, Campbell
Working as an executive director in memory care is very meaningful to me. I truly enjoy connecting with my residents and seeing them happy and comfortable brings me joy. I care deeply about their well-being and treat each person with patience and respect. I also take pride in staying organized in the medroom and working with my team to create a positive, supportive environment.
Michelle Pagkalinawan | Executive Director, Los Gatos
With nearly three decades in senior care, I have dedicated my career to serving seniors and their families with compassion and hands-on expertise. Starting in 1998 as a Case Management Assistant, I built a strong foundation in care coordination and discharge planning. Over the years, I expanded into operations and community relations, serving as Sales Director where I cultivated relationships with hospitals, physicians, and families. My background spans admissions, resident advocacy, and occupancy growth, giving me a holistic view of senior living. Today, as Executive Director, I oversee Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) with a focus on quality care, compliance, and staff development. My leadership blends executive management with a compassionate approach, driven by a passion to improve seniors’ lives and create safe, respectful environments where residents can thrive.
Nora Saavedra | Executive Director, Redwood City
Hello, my name is Nora Saavedra. At 17 years old, my first job was caring for an elderly couple, and that is where I discovered my calling. I love being around seniors and providing them with love, support, and care. I have worked with Palm Villas Memory care for many years and it truly feels like family.
Gabby Toscano | Staff Service Director
I first started working with Palm Villas, thanks to mom who’s been working with this amazing community for 14+ years. Compassionate and dedicated Resident Service Director for nine years of hands-on experience supporting individuals living with dementia. Skilled in providing personalized care, collaborating closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.
John Gonzalez | Staff Service Director, Campbell
Hi I am John Gonzalez staff service director with more than five years of experience in memory care and assisted living. I have been working with our community for three of those years. I specialize in coordinating and ensuring high quality care for residents while also fostering a supportive and positive environment for employees.
I am known for my strong communication skills, empathy, and positive attitude. I am dedicated to building meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members alike. My passion for caregiving and services drive me to make a lasting impact in the lives of every resident, always leading with professionalism, compassion, and a smile.

Viri Huerta | Administrative Assistant, Los Gatos
Hi, I’m Viri, and I am the Weekend Receptionist here at Palm Villas Los Gatos. I’ve been part of the Alzheimer’s community for three years, and I’m very familiar with the disease, which has helped me provide thoughtful, compassionate support to both residents and families. I love being one of the first friendly faces to welcome you in and helping make each visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. I’m here to support our residents as well as guests, while helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your experience here.
Meet the founders
Garry Sneper | Owner
My name is Garry Sneper, and my background has always centered around helping others through healthcare and senior services. I worked in both skilled nursing and outpatient care in the field of physical therapy, where I developed a strong passion for supporting seniors and improving their quality of life.
I later owned and operated a home care agency for two years and spent a total of eight years working in the home care field. In 2008, my brother Michael and I opened palm villas memory care with the vision of creating warm, compassionate communities where seniors feel truly cared for and at home. I am proud to continue serving families and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
Michael Sneper | Owner
My name is Michael Sneper, and I have proudly worked in the senior living industry since 2008. Before entering senior care, I spent many years in real estate, where I developed a passion for creating welcoming spaces and building strong community connections.
I later joined my brother, Garry, in creating beautiful communities for seniors focused on comfort, compassion, and quality care. I am grateful to be part of an industry that allows me to give back to the community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families through palm villas memory care.

Hi! my name is Nora Lopez and I’m the Activity Director at Palm villas. Caring for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia is something that is very close to my heart. I’ve been working in this field for over 10 years, and my journey began by helping care for my own grandparents who were affected by dementia. That experience taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and creating meaningful moments, even in the smallest ways. I truly love what I do, and my goal every day is to bring comfort, joy, connection, and a sense of family to the people we care for.
Lucero Bohorquez | Activities Director, Redwood City
Hi, I’m Lucero, the Activities Director at Palm Villas. I have been part of the Palm Villas family since 2018, and after taking time away for maternity leave, I was grateful for the opportunity to return to a place that feels like home.
I enjoy creating meaningful activities for residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia that encourage connection, comfort, and joy through music, creativity, and social engagement. My goal is to create special moments and bring smiles to our residents and families every day.

His dedication, reliability, and pride in his work have made him a valued part of the Palm Villas team.
